When questioned about the persistent drama surrounding Arshdeep, Leipus maintained a measured, professional distance.

Leipus admitted that he avoids the constant noise of social media, preferring to focus on the athlete’s on-field physical condition. “I don’t follow a lot of social media myself, so I know there’s been a bit of chatter behind the scenes of various things going on, vlogging and whatnot,” Leipus stated. He emphasized that, from a coaching perspective, Arshdeep’s demeanor remains stable. “In terms of his behaviour, Arsh is pretty much a flat line. He’s not up or down. He gives his best out there.”

Beyond the disciplinary concerns, Leipus shed light on the physical challenges Arshdeep has faced throughout the season. “We’ve been working together a little bit, and looking at his body, there may be restrictions that could be a reason for some of his performances being up and down.
